Not exactly the same, but natsume's book of friends is similar in that a kid has a mysterious family history and can see otherworldly beings. But it has a gentler feel and more episodic storyline.

I forgot the title of the manga but the story evolves around a teacher-student relationship, uke sensei is insecure because he's a guy and that he thinks seme student is disgusted by it when they have sex(student is a womanizer before). but we all know thats not the case. that's the only thing I remember. oh, sensei wears glasses. thanks!

Forgot the title of the manga. But the couple is roommates and the seme tends to bring girls who only has the same name as the uke. Oh and inside the room there is a line separating thier sides.

Its an doujinshi mpreg manga and i think the couple were sports player(prolly baseball). And the uke chose the child instead of continuing his career. The seme doesnt know the uke is preggy. Fast forward, they have two kids and a happy ending.

The first bl novel I read is by Mary Calmes, A Matter of Time series. Her other books are great too. Now, I prefer Megan Derr but she only has short novels.

It sort of fits? The mc doesn't actually become a girl, but he disguises himself as one by crossdressing in order to get inside his younger sister's school and help her out. It's a really funny read, and I def recommend!
