I should've read the manga first. These past few days the only content I've consumed we're about these two. I can't get enough of them. Anime- Famiresu Iko- Live Action - Karaoke Iko manga, that's the order. And I'd say there's a lot of differences and charms with each version. I actually really like LA because Kyouji's character was really playful in that one and I like the actor's voice. The long eye contacts with each other and stuff. With the anime, of course I really like the characters' designs too. Though their closeness in that one really did make me expect more for the two of them. They're so cute and funny together. And the anime actually shaped the vibe I've been looking for in stories. Or maybe I just really have a thing with older men and this unexplainable connection with them. Like finding meaning in something so simple. Like that. In the manga, dang. I'm really glad I read it after watching the live action twice, I just can't get enough. There are things that I noticed in the manga. If I remember, I'll probably read it again anyway I'll add it again. First, when Kyouji said ‘I won't die and leave you all alone’ Or something along that line. He said he was kidding. In LA and Anime, I think he didn't say that at all. And I honestlyyyy thought, “I won't blame Satomi for falling for him seriously.” Cause what the hell was that? In the anime, he likes doing all sorts of vague things. Like things that you'll usually think that there's some meaning behind it. In the manga, the intention of his words were quite clear. He was just teasing him as usual. But God didn't it feel so intimate? Also, THE ESSAY thing?? How come the Anime and LA didn't mention any of that?? It's like one of the most important things?? To think that Satomi would write that for his essay.. Anyway, the live action is more like a coming of age story, the Anime is more of slice of life and with a possibility of something more. The manga on the other hand, it's like a Seinen but in the end it kinda changed with how they talked. Because Kyouji literally said that he missed Satomi (A whole lot??) Satomi finding the card and I feel like that scene meant something too. He's blushing and his hands are shaking holding that business card. Kyouji chose Satomi as something he likes. He didn't even answer Satomi’s question if he liked his name? He trailed offfff fckkk!
And in Famiresu Iko…I.. think the author didn't like to make another story for them? The art changed, and most importantly Kyouji’s character doesn't feel like him at all. Maybe I forgot some things but he wasn't as cheerful and stupid as in the Karaoke Iko manga. Or maybe he already has an idea about Satomi's feelings for him? I really like that the author made that manga, it's just that they're not like the main focus of that manga at all. The side story about an author and being a Yakuza wasn't interesting at all. Now that I've read the first manga, the second one feels really lacking. I'm not sure, I really love it don't get me wrong. But maybe I'm just disappointed that their interactions were really short in the manga. I missed their banters, the closeness between them. Well, I'll read Famiresu Iko again anyway. I thought we're enjoying the story here, I came to this website because I can't find the next chapter to another one. Everyone there did mention about the things going on between Hirose and the teacher. I thought everyone agreed that 'Hirose' might have feelings for the teacher and the teacher doesn't. None at all. Didn't we all collectively agree with that..
He was actually crying and calling for Won I can't.. he's so vulnerable I don't understand how he's always put through ts. I hope that he's not pregnant why do you guys want him pregnant (｡•︿•｡). I just can't bear the thought of being in that position. Dear Author, if you have even an ounce of humanity left in you, you would give him a break in season 3.
