Alright so, this whole world that You Huo and the others are in is a simulation. This simulation was created by You Huo's mother and her group.
You Huo is Invigilator A and Qin Jiu met You Huo before when he was an examinee. Qin Jiu is an undercover agent sent into this world to do something (sorry forgot this part) and Invigilator 922 is his partner before the memory wipe happened. Invigilator 154 is apart of the system but is in disguise to hide from the main part of the system. She was created by You Huo and Qin Jiu to help them defeat the system. (If I remember correctly) I guess at some point she gain a conscience.
This is stuff that you find out like after the climax of the story I think. And sorry for all the 'i thinks', been a while since I've read it but most of the info should be right (￣∇￣")

During the last arc, 154 uses her abilities as part of the system to create a blind spot for You Huo and his whole group (More do join his group later on). This blindspot allows You Huo to go out of the examination place and to go to the different rest stop to get resources to help them defeat the system. Some things happen (Forgot sorry) and finally You Huo and Qin Jiu reach the main core of the system, they go through obstacles and when they reach the center, You Huo realizes that his earring was the key to defeat the system. So he uses that and then boom, system is destroyed (Maybe? Not sure bout this part) and the people in the simulation begin to wake up in the real world.

Hello! I've a few questions ~
1. Why was the system actually created?
2. What happened to the ppl who died in the system?
3. Was time spent in the system and real world same?

1. The system was actually a stimulation program before. It was for the military purposes designed to train people and later it got out of hand, fun fact one of the main researchers who made the system was you huo's mom, not gonna dwelve that deep on it because it's very complicated

2. When you get transported in the system your body goes into like a coma, if you die in the system your body dies as well. However that's not always the case because in the end when they destroyed the system those who died were shown meaning they were alive and escaped but have no memories regarding anything that happened to them in the system

3. There was something definitely mentioned about how time works in the system but I forgot.. It was mentioned when the narration was talking about how long Qin Jiu and You Huo have been together in the system and it converted their time together to human world time but I forgott, I red this last year

I can search for the chapter where they talked about all of this stuff, I remember there was a specific chapter where everything was being addressed and everything literally started to make sense. If you want I can send you the link (?)

Well, after the system was destroyed we see a scene where people are waking up in the hospital from a coma caused by a system
Qin Jiu, You Huo and Boss Chu Yue (I forgot to mention her before, scroll to the bottom for info about her) are one of the last ones to wake up.
After they all wake up, YH, QJ, CY, 922, 1006 (1006 is someone from A's past and teamed up to destroy the system) they use the left over code to create a similar thing to the system but only a milder version for military training. QJ and YH are like leaders of two different military groups.
As I've mentioned before 154 is apart of the system, so when they destroyed the system they've also lost 154. While they were creating the military training simulator, 922 tries to search the left over code for 154 and eventually 922 receives a response from him.
And that's it, not the best explanation ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Alright now about Boss Chu. She is Invigilator Z, she and A held the most authority and they were used as a reference for the system to learn from. Before the memory wipe happened, she helped QJ and YH to destroy the system but their plan failed. QJ and YH were both sent out of the system and had their memories wiped. But since the system hadn't realized how much of a part CY played in this plan, she was only demoted to a rest stop owner as punishment and she still has her memories

After their previous attempt failed QJ and YH weren't both sent out. Only YH was sent out. However both their memories where erased. Btw do u remember about what happened with the key thing? The one about a life saving totem for YH that if a invigilator violates something, the head invigilator would not be held responsible etc etc. And apparently YH transfered this life-saving totem to QJ that's why he was sent out and QJ still stayed in the system and is 001. Is this right? Pls correct me if I got something wrong, my memory is not memorying

Well I didn't read the official uploads, I read from Kktranslates. I don't really remember the phrase "life saving totem" but the closest thing I can remember is the self correction program that You Huo made when he was still A. And the key thing you're talking about might be the earring that QJ gave YH during the end of their first attempt. The earring allowed them to have access to revoke the order that wiped their memories.
Despite finishing reading it yesterday, I don't remember much about this part, kinda focused on all the flirting ლ(´ڡ`ლ). And ty for correcting me, completely forgot that QJ was in rehab or something and sorry if this didn't help (￣∇￣")

(Also the settings and situation will be very confusing because this is like the 3rd arc already and almost towards the climax)

Also not everything is actually explained here.. everything is revealed throughout the 2nd arc till the ending, but still, this part explains a lot.
