I’m kind of guessing that maybe Sangwoo’s birthday is coming up and Bum got a present for him that’s why he borrowed the money from the girl and had to go out in that moment, since sangwoo can’t follow him outside now and he can go freely somewhere to buy it. Or maybe is it a “Christmas” present? Someone else thought it? Any thoughts?am I crazy too guessing things up that makes sense just cause i want to know what’s going on?

No, Sangwoo in chapter 56 said is not Christmas yet, so it means it's not even the end of December, Sangwoo's birthday is on the 27th of January
But he told the story about himself and his mom while bum was sleeping and said something about that he was gone becasue it was his birthday to talk to his dead dad or something I can't remember (￣∇￣")
