Hmm if I remember well, Lin Xiang and YuYang met when they were freshmen in college (and that’s also when YuYang got rejected). They were studying the same thing or at least shared some classes together. Now YuYang is in second year, so yeah, Lin Xiang should be there? He must be there somewhere lol I’m sure he’ll show up for real at some point.

It feels rather bland? Perhaps due to the lack of conflict. However, it's much closer to the way relationship between a mature couple should be: conflicts remain there, but not petty ones.
