He is, he reacted to MC calling out the kids name while he was hyperventilating + the fact that shark was also experimented on and mc used to work in a facility for kids (think it's for kids that came from the experiments). Also genuinely the only two brown/tan guys we see is orca and shark and the kid being tan and brown haired is def not a coincidence lmao das him
