I remember it was abt MC, a guy who used to be a high class hunter or sth like that disappeared a long time ago and was believed to be dead. He was living in a remote area at that time in his old ages. Then one day, the place as I remember is the hospital he was in was attacked by monsters and he tried to save this one guy and died. When MC wakes up he is young again and he finds to the organization of someone he knows.

I've read the novel years ago and as I remember, MC did confess (successfully in his POV) but ML thought MC wasn't like serious abt their relationship at all even though MC prepared a ring and ML also accepted it lol. Btw, ML even dropped the fact that he was gonna get married soon but as MC clarified things for real ML just said sth like don't worry, it's for business, I'll get divorce right after marriage. I don't remember much but what happens after was kinda rushed but they end up being lovely dovey
