ML is basically a trapped bird in a cage wasn't taught like how to be a normal human being. Instead we have stranger coming in his cage to extract his semen every month, thus the rape thing. Honestly his character might be genetic or cause of lack of human interaction but idk. Rn he's really clingy towards the MC coz ML likes him and ig MC is subconsciously teaching him how loving someone feels like ig? But that's where the story is at and my perspective on the ML.

My guess: the ML knows the MC and has been interested in him for some time (considering his reaction when the MC approached him). The MC’s friend probably has either feelings for the MC or something similar and will cause some issues; maybe it’s one of those cases when they want a “traditional family” (with an omega) so they ignore/avoid their feelings for someone who is not an omega and then he’ll get jealous when he sees the MC with someone else…
These are just my thoughts.. even if it’s cliche I still like a plot like this, but who knows maybe it’ll be different… I’m already invested!

Theyre together cause MC wants ML to kill him while ML got a perfect partner that he can kill and fuck. As the story progresses ML realize he doesn't want MC ass, he wants him whole by his side and alive.
