I appreciate the author for making each character so interesting (yes, even Cael with his depressed self). No one is portrayed as perfect, just all human with flaws. Even Hestia was not spared and got her unreasonable actions questioned (by Cael himself) in the manhwa.

it's nice that there were side stories for the manhwa because the novel left readers on a cliffhanger.
would like to commend the artist as well crazy ass father and son duo never failing to make me uncomfortable whenever they appear.
if you like reading this manhwa, good for you but you guys have to acknowledge how problematic each character is (especially those shitty men).
i can't believe i'm seeing people here feeling sad for sovieshit (of all people) and fawning all over the bird and at the same breath, they insult an enslaved and illiterate child who was brought into the palace as a mistress (something she cannot consent to as she was a slave, literally the rock bottom of the society)
heck even fl is not a good of a person. she did so many questionable things and had enabled a lot of her allies' wrong doings (cheating, abuse, war crimes, rape).
also, i am not excusing rashta's wromg doings as well (i'm a rashta defender) however, you cannot convince me that she was not a victim. if anything, she was an unwilling participant in this drama. girlie just wanted to escape slavery but got entangled with a pedophile instead.
i heard chapter 20 isn't the end yet. there'll be season 2.
