Well, if it is an idea from a traitor then that could be really smart ! A lot of non traitor will be injured making the mission a lot easier for traitors. More than that, knowing Black Scythe is with them, it could really become easy !

I think the point is shes average and not actually that bad looking, but because of her own beliefs and trauma she thinks Shes hideous. Personally, i think she does look unremarkable compared to the other characters.
i think shes actually average, but when she was younger her face was always beaten up and her body was always so skeletal. thats why people are wondering why she thinks shes so hideous as shes an adult
