Part 1:
After that, Naruto went to recheck his condition with Tsunade -sama , sasuke waiting outside , apparently the baby is save (づ￣ ³￣)づ Sasuke apologize to Naruto for not believing him , few days later news spread to the girls (Ten Ten, Ino , Hinata & Sakura ) they start asking Naruto how is it possible , and joking around with Naruto. Iruka , Kakashi, Jiraiya, Neji , Shinkamaru congrats Sasuke on becoming father.
10 months later Naruto gave birth to a boy in secret from outsider but only those who congrats them know about SasuNaru child , thus they live happily ever after

Part 2: Recap on Naruto is pregnant (after Sasuke apologise and before Naruto gave birth)
After Sasuke apologies, he give immediate care to Naruto. Sasuke plead Tsunade-sama to avoid any dangerous mission for Naruto as it would be dangerous for their baby. Sasuke in return, told Tsunade-sama that he will be volunteering if any mission requested for Naruto.
After months of peaceful days, while Sasuke was on a mission, suddenly there an ambush from outsider into Konoha village and their target is Naruto(nine-tails). While Naruto is pregnant, his power depleted due to hormonal change. He couldn't fend off the enemy, thus the enemy took him away.
As the enemy ambushed no one knows where Naruto went. And then Kakashi and Tsunade-sama is getting worried about Naruto and immediately tell Sasuke about it.
