I don't think you're exactly at the "sharing medical history" at this point in your relationship, my dude. But good on the doctor for not telling him more. That happens far too often in these stories.
He is such a scared whiny bottom and I don't think it's cute. If this were a show, I would probably just mute it because their dialogue just aggravates me, but the scenes are hot.
If you know he's anxious about being left alone, maybe mention that you're thinking of a place together?
This is a good example of how a story can grow on you. I really didn't like it in the beginning and the art took some getting used to, but it ended up being one of the best ones out there lately.
