The count's intruders
this is for those who really want the family drama, terrible misunderstandings, lack of communication and such. The drama was atleast a bit reasonable because of the issues I've stated. It's a really frustrating story and I didn't like how the child became an excuse for the marriage to be stable, he had to witness and hear things and makes a move himself for his parents, because they just can't be fucking clear on things. bruh. I hate how this implies children is necessary in marriage because that's their purpose, Benedict doesn't believe he is the biological child (which Rania have fault too because of her decision) but his brother's and becomes jealous because of that, he sees it like it's some proof of love. That she should thank him because he saved a child that's not his. At this point am not even sure if he really values the child as a proper father. Imagine if they did have a child together, which can be a proof, then he's gonna love that child more, it's still uncertain what he would feel to older son when that happens. Also makes me doubt if maybe its his pride not love, he couldn't take it if his brother, a bastard, can actually take away his wife. In the current chapter that's also the trigger to their recent progress, they did cuz he wants some assurance and she also do always lol. According to the author, what he wanted was affection not laura herself, then in this case, maybe he also mistook protecting his pride as love for Rania. The reason his feelings for Rania intensifies is because he don't want his brother to win her over. Anyways, I cannot feel an ounce of romance from a couple that needs a child and provocation from jealousy to stay together. Even tho the drama is really good, I still find misunderstanding plot frustrating, overused, and unnecessary.
