I think it’s completely fair for Garam to want to be private in being gay, and also for Jaehyuk to dislike having to hide his identity. Neither of them are handling this perfectly, but I don’t think either is purely in the wrong. Since South Korea is still pretty conservative, I think one of the best places for this relationship to work out would be in a more accepting environment that is more open to queer folk. Probably won’t happen though. #-.-)
I kind of get what you’re saying. However, on This fight is purely on Garam I believe. He has to process his own trauma, And he’s projecting His pain as it will potentially affect Jae. Jae Is all in with Garam And their relationship is nothing like his past one. Garam Can’t seem to let it go, which I understand, but he’s projecting too much in his current relationship, which is what is driving them apart.

Genuinely don’t know how to feel about this, you can just feel the author’s fetishes soaked into every crack, but it IS how my deluded brain thinks people view me sometimes as a trans guy. I’m assuming this is what chasers think of them as. The way Iltak has gotten progressively smaller compared to others is painful.
