Depends on the specific series you're looking for but at least for some of them there's no English uploaders anymore so the newer chapters aren't on any website.
Painter of the Night was one, and I managed to find it. Pian Pian is another I am looking for, and Blind Play. There might be a few others but Blind Play I was reading somewhere else and the site got deleted it seems.

I’m looking for manga with characters that are creepy. More so a character that maybe has a weird interest/obsession than say a pervert. An example would be a character who has an interest in dead things rather than living things, maybe looks like they take poor care of themselves, basically a reputation for being disliked and avoided.
