i rly liked that scene because he didnt even have to say that, but said it after ashley assumed it was the other way around. He could have kept quiet and let the topic pass, but he admitted to it and didn’t sugarcoat it, which isnt smth that happens a lot in these type of storys they never actually outright say that they raped someone or see it as that.
That's the thing I liked about this novel. It never sugarcoated any of the wrong acts done by any character no matter in what situation. It addressed everything properly. It didn't give a random bc redemption arc and suddenly made them saint.. the characters themselves took accountability of evrything.

ngl as a novel reader we are only bashing greyson is kinda funny .. what's even funnier is my love hate relationship with the couple aaaahh greyson is a psycho and dane forced him to have sex with his pheromones so yeah and tried to cheat .. but they are not real people so what am I to do. I'm relieved that they both changed for better at least greyson started to understand emotions even if the start was with "what will dane do"
