Guysssss, is this a a book or a game. In the earlier chapters it was a book and now its a game?? Whats going on?
My memories are fuzzy but the person thats possessing ellensia was the fanfic writer whose work became popular enough where philomel had the most brutal endings but in original work( i dont remember if it was a book or game) philomel's endings arent as extreme or bad.

At this point I'm pretty certain that the possessor (person who's possessing Ellensia) has/had deluded her self so much that she believes that most of what she wrote in the fanfic was part of the original work. The possessor even mentioned that she doesn't remember much of the original work in an earlier chapter. Couldn't tell you which chapter it was though I forget.
To be exact, the original work was a book where Philomel's ending is decent with her living with her magician father and brothers. The original book is going just okay and not that very popular but the original author of the book still loves her work. The one who possesses Ellensia right now read the book and dissatisfied with Philomel's ending, she ended up making a fanfic with the plot line Phil read in. The fanfic version blew up and was adapt to become a game (the storyline we're reading right now). The original author was sad with how her favorite character (Phil) getting a brutal ending in the fanfic and game, also the author tried to bring justice to her work but the people love the fanfic and game version more.
Anyway I'm not sure if I'm got it right since I got this spoiler from someone a long time ago(when there's only 20 chapters of this manhwa I think) so I could be wrong. If anyone has more accurate spoiler please do correct me. Also I'm not sure if I'm right about this too, but that person also told me that Philomel soul is actually belong to the original author of the book(I think). I'm so delusional if everything I explained is actually wrong tho ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Yup! She isnt even the original author. Apparently she hated philomel's character so much that she decided to write a fanfic version of the work and it became popular overnight. I cant recall if the og work was a game or novel
*spoiler*The world is the one of a game, but Philomene thought she found a book of prophecy that actually was a Fanfiction of the game. The author of the Fanfiction hates Philomene with a passion, so the brutal ending that is depicted there and that baby Philomene believed to be a prophecy is not actually the one of the game. The author of the Fanfiction Is the one possessing the original main character*spoiler*

It was originally a novel that was written by the goddess of that very world. The world the elensia came from, the goddess was there after scattering her soul (for some reason which was explained here few chapters back) and the fake elensia or someone (not sure) stole the novel and twicked it. In the original novel, elensia and MC was best friend and sister who took care of each other but the game changed it... That is why goddess sent the novel to MC. That is the gist of it.
