So basically, in a nutshell, his party thinks that he should be more than an adventurer. With his skill, they believe that he'd be better off as a lord over an adventurer, and to not let him waste a perfectly good skill adventuring. They all adore him, but they know he's destined for greatness as a lord over him being an adventurer.
Honestly, this kinda feels bittersweet but at the same time it feels wholesome knowing how mc is actually so loved
