I'd never recommend chat gpt for therapy before but you seem like you have no other options. But meanwhile Read healthy stuff. Make friends with normal people. Socialize, shower, eat and sleep well. Find hobbies. Get a job. Clean your room. Do exercise. Drink water. Do all those and you'll get better.
