Less is more if your skin is in a good place. I used to do so many steps for my skincare routine and I'd still have dry skin. Now I just use a urea moisturiser and I am good to go, no dryness. I do need a new spf tho, since I found out my old spf was also drying me out. reply

So, today I had a manic episode and need to get tf out. I'm a grown adult, but I live in a culture where it's normal to live with your parents and they basically still keep you in a cage and are pretty overprotective.
I just booked the cheapest hostel, took an uber and now I'm just here. I have this impending sense of dread, since I didn't tell anyone I would leave home today. I just closed my door and left while everyone was out.
I feel like soon I'll get panicked calls from them. But I needed this break away from everyone and everything that I know.
