And I don’t remember what the person said but they supported the manga and said they encourage the translator and author and said I’m not any better

I didn't read it because the cover itself is really uncomfortable to look at. I think that one should stay at MRM. I see a lot of oneshot with sickening and pure hardcore yaoi hentai here that I mostly see in MRM.

Toilet theme bl really reminds me of Yuri on Ice dj where victor got kidnapped and place in a public toilet. I read that around October because some reader made victor toilet fan art as Halloween fan art entry in social media. It was really uncomfortable and sad.
