I was so excited about this I went through a lot to read the webtoon in Korean then the novel but I was only met with disappointment because most of the characters are becoming fools in the worst way and it’s really far from the way they were portrayed in the beginning - it’s to the point that it’s almost OOC and especially Ian ( he literally becomes an anxious creepy stalker ?) it was off to me I hope you guys enjoy it but i dropped the novel and I don’t think I’ll read this webtoon anymore.
We re going to erase the whole +10 years of rejection and wanting the « kid » to find his own love interest and not him ? How are you guys calling this grooming when the ml literally try his best to not cage the mc and give him as much freedom even pushing him away for years ? You are viewing it as weird because of the time travel meanwhile everybody is consenting, adult and free of any coercing…

For one their relationship was never romantic when the dragon was in the appearance of a human child and second, the seme also never groomed him nor entertained any weird though prior the dragon brought it up. This is 100% how I feel. It’s definitely giving off BJ Alex vibes. He’s basically just realizing that he needs Dan in order to get off, and that’s it. I hate it because it just feels like that will always be the underlying reason for him to want Dan back, and then he’ll just settle for him instead of growing genuine feelings.
I had high hopes for the redemption arc, but I guess we will see.
