The uke was divested that the seme left but then realizes his feelings for the seme, now the seme comes back knocking on the uke’s doorstep looking like he got a job and the uke was overflowing with happiness. Then they finally did the love making, oh also the second couple did talk/mend their relationship as I see it and I guess they’ve become a happy couple.
