151.20% disappointed in this one… It started off so promising… but the sequence of events literally made no sense at all. I felt like the author was dragging me through revelations. And the antagonist was a cliche cackling fool in the basement until the very end. Then it wrapped up with a literal, “idk how this happened but I’m so glad it did!”
Ive followed jinx from the beginning, with the ten day releases feeling like *years.* And after all that waiting, I can’t help but feel the two month time skip was a horrible choice. I needed to see the transition from awkward confession to deeply in love. That was the moment I was waiting for! I hate that Mingwa skipped it ╥﹏╥
Jjk won his match without sex! So the jinx is broken?!?!
I appreciated that the author didn’t lose site of the whole jinx thing in the heat of the moment since it is the whole plot and title of the manga, but it bothers me that Dan didn’t do *anything* to block the knife even after jjk’s training (though maybe they did more kissing than training). Like if someone’s coming toward you (someone who has assaulted you in the past), wouldn’t you at least put the cake between you? I’d be swinging that cake! Feels like the whole training plot was for nothing.
The jinx sex was always used to quite the voice of his father his head telling him he was pathetic. I think the jinx is broken because he finally opened his heart to someone and everytime the voice would start, he can hear Doc Dan voice telling him he strong. He found something, someone, more important to him than MMA and championships

For me, 10/10 for the concept but only 3/10 for execution. I was excited by the idea, but it isn’t romantic at all… doesn’t even feel like the mc likes the ml….
