Somehow all the freaky mangas tend to emphasize the pure nature of a character and their relationship. This manga, while definitely smut or ecchi, has some of the most innocent and purest character relationships it’s refreshing.

I am starting to see at pattern of characters knowing something is wrong or feeling like they should intervene but they don’t. It’s like all of the characters even the ones outside of the main group feel restricted to their social roles, and a part of their role is ignorance and complacency. Even if the main character was not neurodivergent bullying such as this occurs for so long because everyone plays a role, in silence. And it’s such a weird nuanced take because the bully is not one person, there is not one person in the lead, even the wannabe psycho girl is a victim to, it’s social expectations that restricts them to this cycle of bullying. No one actually wants to take it that far, no one actually wants to hurt each other they aren’t interested enough in that, they jsut was to fit into their roles. This causes them to continue on the cycle.

This is like everything I LOVE in stories, a class at the bottom reaching the top, trying to prevent the villain from becoming the villain, secret second life. I love how the story uses jihoon as a foil to our mc, it's hinted that he is living a similar life to the mcs former life as beethoven (i.e. being forced to become a piano prodigy). It's meant to emphasize how much the mcs life has changed. It feels like the story is showing how a new modern genuine prodigy will be made (I feel like the mc doesn't count). I really hope through this story we see the rise in jihoon as a great pianist who defied the odds of being average and social expectations. Also the writing is pretty good at making jihoons dad see like shit like when I think the dad is gonna have a growing moment and be nice he just says some cruel shit. I hope his dad realizes what he's doing to his son.

My theory this whole time has been that iruma is really a demon, like part demon. His bloodline is related to derkila and he needed something to awaken his demon side. AHHHHHHHGGHH

I can't lie this mc is unbearably selfish and an asshole. The word medicine is so misleading bcos ts is psuedomedicine. I had to stop at chapter 69 because he really is fucked up, the humor is so dull and the character relationships are generally unappealing. I really had hope for this story in the beginning but he's actually an asshole. Even in the greatest estate developer the mc scammed and was scummy but it always benefited others too. He literally manipulated someone into being dependent on him and then ran away. Even though we see how shitty life is for the other characters and we don't see the mc in a good light the creators still try to act like whatever he is doing is fine and he's the food guy. Weird narrative, dull characters, annoying mc. The story would be so much more interesting I like the plot and what the characters could be but it's just so dull.
