Im super confused about the divorce thing??? The talk didn't make any sense and everything until now shows that they lack communication but they clearly care about each other???

in the novel. Jaeha's inner dialogue kinda explains why he wanted to divorce ML. Not because he hates him but he loves him so much that he thinks, that now he cannot give something to him which in MCs mind makes him useless to his bae. So divorce is the only thing he can offer to free him/show his devotion. Kinda like saying: loving you so much that I am willing to let you go kind of feeling
He is bad at reading MLs actions so he just assumed ML tolerated him or he does his part well enough, not knowing ML also loves him dearly thus him tearing the divorce papers.
addition. Jaeha still felt guilty of dragging ML to a shotgun marriage so.. breaking it off seemed logical to him.

You're welcome. Due to the novel being behind the paywall.. I just bought the chapters up to the end. Jaeha is really like Kyle from Define The Relationship. Totally reserved but when in love, totally devoted.
If anyting happens to this guy in the last chapter who is so perceptive and caring, and i only started to notice him now, im going riot. He and MC deserves the world, hope they become brothers or smth, PLEASE TELL YOUR OBSERVATIONS TO SHA!!!

We forget how it is love in real life. It's not a spark that lasts forever, and wins through any trial. You need to be dedicated, you need to endure, and wonder, cause there is no right path, there is no scum nor villian in a relationship, i think Both ML and MC are aware of it, and have different perspectives on how to approach. I really don't get why people are trying to pick a side? Like, ofc someone is bound to be hurt?? That's what happens when you spend too much time with someone else! What makes a difference is what you're willing to endure or how to change a certain aspect.
If one doesn't talk about it, the problem doesn't exist, but that just means a part of them want to keep things the way they are, maybe because they are scared, or traumatized, or even to unsure of what's to come. And that's super alright, that's how our humans heart work. Cheers to the ML for being so respectful AND dedicated to this boundaries!
Loving the story
Honestly, i liked some factors:
The protagonist has a side to her when things get rough, and knows how to appreciate, also, doesn't back down easily by others attitude
Ofc i think some os the moments she is too childish, but the story always remember me that she is only embracing with no take backs everything she deserved to have in her childhood. The love, the tears.. im so happy for her, and honestly, might seem cringe, but i enjoy seeing her happy and making new things, i wouldn't mind seeing more chapters of these, at least 80/90 until the FL gets with the ML. Wich i think each character personality is a bit superficial, but still enough to connect
Some things that confused me: at first i thought he loved his brothers wife and hot super confused, but now i understand he probably has an inferiority complex, didn't want to be the duke, and is forcing himself to like the things his brother likes. So is less weird.
About the emperor: i think he is literally a character made for the plot. With no depth or whatever, so I don't hate him at all, even though he is supposed to be the Villian
Anyways the story achieved exactly what is proposed, so all my expectations ( that were low) were met, and so i give this manga 10/10 rating, since this is exactly what you think it is, and it's a nice story, with a light fluffy mood. With some comedy and sorrows in between, that only adds to the experience
I really liked his personality and view on love!!! Like omg???? I'm so fuking seated for this man
