That is not consensual at all. Anything past the moment someone tells u they don't want to anymore, or says stop, is all sexual assault. Even forcing a kiss on someone is sexual assault, but Suah had to his assault to extremes and make it brutal. Everything in chapter 19 is downright rape. They even had to put a warning at the beginning of the chapter for it.
