didn't we establish that they loved each other chapters ago when they both escaped? Or am I just remembering wrong?
Last time they spoke about it, Crochetta honestly admitted she doesn't know if she loves Roger yet, because she's so broken inside. But she permitted him to show affection for her even then, so Roger did and they slept together and stuff. But the last they spoke about it, Crochetta still hadn't confirmed anything and Roger has been sitting cooped up in the dungeons with only himself and his own thoughts. And hearing the rumors of her running off with the duke, and remembering how she's also slept with the duke previously, he honestly doesn't know if she just treated him as a rebound and got back together with the duke. So when the duke talks about how he'll ofc need to take responsibility for Crochetta, Roger's mind is spiralling again. However Crochetta won't let this phase last for too long so dw.
did the author have amnesia? why are we acting like he has been with her in every moment of her live and she died by accident? Why are we acting like he's never had her as his wife?
"why was the crown prince next to Ines?"
Because you FAILED to actually do the bare minimum.
"I observed everything about her" when?
When she killed herself just so that you'd actually care about a child she only had because you wanted her to, didn't listen to her medical history and later hated even to have? ಠ_ಠ
Everyone tells this duke to just let her live but his intelligence only reaches his dick.
This feels like the characters don't have characters. Like the female lead has been cheated on but at the same time she says something along the lines of "when people hide something from me I know they do it to protect me.. but it still hurts" girl? When did we forget your whole revenge you didn't even get to fulfil because of the man you're blushing about
There's so many details that are missing and it feels like we're jumping to another month or so from every chapter. She holds a grudge for one second and then it's forgotten in the next second. Maybe she has Alzheimer but I doubt the father wouldn't know that or the author/artist wouldn't have addressed that by how rushed this story feels.
The story could have been better if they took the time to build out the characters and focused on a bit more world building and some slow progress. I came for the revenge and the female lead not reincarnated. Not for a generic love story where the female lead again seems like to forget everything the male lead does. (/TДT)/

The boss and her actions infuriate me.
