This is just a rant, I don't think many people will see this but I really need this of my shoulder,I know relationships aren't my business buy why ask people for help with YOUR relationship if your partner are either scum or just straight up disgusting, especially when I read stuff in here, the relationship are so disgusting and weird and when I go to see the replies it just straight up praise the asshole partner, why do people irl and why do writers do this?,write shitty stories
umm sorry if i misinterpreted ur rant but are you asking why people are into toxic/abusive relationships? or something like that
I mean, speaking from my own experiences, people stay in toxic relationships because a lot of the time it’s all they know. And I don’t mean the abuse, I mean the person that they’re with. It’s hard to turn your back on someone you love. Even if they are shitty. It takes a lot of self building to be able to separate yourself from it.
Yea am just really pissed and confused on why people who can clearly leave in a relationship decided to stay ( am not talking about people who can't leave I mean people who can leave)

similar to what the other person responded with, its just something a lot of people are used to. especially if its something they've experienced since they were a child.
some people find comfort in it because the abuse has always been there for them. that can also explain why terrible people act terrible to people they love. they don't know how to love "normally" because they mightve never experienced being loved normally
Can you guys please recommend tropes where the main character or whatever wants to live a quiet life
