It's cute but super cliche. I read it before, I can't remember if I thought it was over but I was shocked to see an update a year later. I went back to the beginning so I could remember the story but it was hard to read. I got so much second hand embarrassment in some scenes so I just skipped, even though it's really sweet. Though that's pretty much every shoujo manga, so I guess I'm just growing out of them.
They're so cute. Wish there was a resolution for the second couple too, though. Where it's left we can only hope they work things out.
The way the artist drew Sunwoo though, I don't know if it's just me but he looks like an antagonist right from the beginning. I was sure he was gonna cause trouble but it didn't happen.
I remember reading this and loving it, though I was sad that his powers just disappeared. Like the author just said, his mind reading ability did what it was supposed to so it's no longer needed.
A lot in this story wasn't fleshed out well and I can see that now, coming back to reread it after a few years, after reading a lot of other good bl manhwa. But it exelled at what it was supposed to do, show the romance development between the two leads and Jiho getting revenge on his ex. Now that I've read so many other good stories, I can no longer enjoy this the same.
Finished this, and skimmed through the sequel for more Yuri x Jaerim scenes. They weren't without their flaws, but in the end they were really cute together and will continue to grow healthy together now that Yuri's emotional trauma has been dealt with. I do wish he grows to accept help more. He also apologized for all his behaviour by the end, which made me tear up a little (I think five apologies in total? I might have missed some, but I'm glad it wasn't just ignored like in most bl.)
I loved it, but after comments, I skipped the side couples. The otaku couple was it for me, they don't really get as much time for development so I don't think I'd fully enjoy them. Kang and Dunno were in the middle of the story so they were hard to skip, but I thought those two guys deserved each other honestly, I don't really care for more of their story.
One thing I do disagree on is Aerak and Heeno and Doyul. I don't think Doyul deserved Aerak more, because it doesn't work like that, Aerak is a person with feelings and made his own choice. I do agree that Doyul deserved more, I only skimmed the last chapter of this arc and I feel sorry for him. I wish the author wrote his happy ending, whether with a man or woman.
Glad I wasn't the only one bothered by this.
