Since there will only be two chapters left, I'm really not sure how this will end for Anna and Lily. I think two chapters won't be enough to justify how things would work out for the both of them because aside from Rose as hindrance, there is also social status (maid and servant), unless it's rushed again like bad thinking. And also, Lily is really LOST and broken and just taking it all in (gurl is numb). I don't think a kiss can just *poof change her mind, especially that she promised Rose and Rose got to fulfill her need to be loved. Right now, I'm seeing the kiss as a 'kiss goodbye'. This'll be a good thing tho for Anna cuz she deserve much more. But literally right now I CAN'T tell ಠωಠ. Just please protect Anna ಥ‿ಥ
Well, she did add one more chapter, and I was somewhat optimistic after chapter 8. But you're right, unless the two chapters are dedicated to developing Lily and Anna's relationship, it will just feel unsatisfactory and rushed. I really doubt that will be the case. If the story is going to have a typical NTR ending, why add another chapter? She could just kiss her goodbye and that would be it. Maybe there will be another chapter dedicated to Anna finding someone else, but that would also feel really dumb.
Lily is pretty much a lost cause. Rose has her under control, and Anna still has no power to do anything. So, despite the hopeful chapter 8, the plot still seems to hint towards a typical NTR ending.
