This was really good in the beginning but damn that ending was low key disappointing. I hated the way the author kept giving time skips when clearly the story needed to flesh out more… Also hate the fact that the second half of the story FL’s family is completely irrelevant. Even the spirits don’t show up anymore which is crazy since it was a big plot point in the beginning. I love romance, but it focused so much on it in the later half of the season just to be super lackluster. I really wanted to see more of the FL and her brothers relationship too and am disappointed that they had more scenes together when they were estranged than when they finally made up. The romance between the brother and FLs friend was so random too. In the beginning of the story the friend seemed to have more of a role in the story just to end up as a complete background character and had no interactions with FL despite supposedly being her closest friend…I’m not even going to get started with the useless introduction of a 2nd Male lead like 30 chapters before the story ended. Unnecessary and just sad for him for no reason. He wasn’t even used as a catalyst to get the two leads together he was just an unnecessary addition.

agreed! the series was sooo good- when I left off at 71 I got excited to read 29 more chp but things went kind of fast and her personality was a little meh, but I still love it. Is the novel much better? I liked the scary elements too
I definitely enjoyed the novel as it felt more scarier, but the switch up from horror with some romantic elements to just romance is still there. It is definitely not as fast paced as the manhwa though and I enjoyed it! Would definitely recommend
this started off really good but then fell off after Ina became a devil. I wish we got to see the main couple be together more before they got married. It was so rushed!!! Also why are their kids literally getting groomed….you cannot convince me this is not weird. Yura is like 4 year olds mentally and as soon as she gets a grown body the start making out…HELLO??? They get married too wtf is thissss I’m in tears. Also why is yoonhyeon and the devil guy (i forgot his name) have something clearly going on wtffff. He literally told him to call him dad and said he was his uncle you cannot make this up. Also so weird how he is obsessed with him because he looks like Ina. I am sickkk what in the twilight fanfition is this. I get they’re not humans but the amount of incest and pedo stuff going on in this is crazy
yalllll this is mainly horror but there’s gon be some form of romance based off translations ive read on social media ML is becoming dependent on FL. He is obviously using her for something as we can tell from his suspiciousness. He feels like is she finds out his true intentions she will leave him. There’s even a scene in chapter 27 where he wants to touch her face and he touches her hair but pulls his hand back as he can’t touch her or something bad will happen to her and then he imagines caressing/holding her face and her grabbing his hand and smiling

still needs to marinate but in chapter 29 it is mainly about how ML is becoming more dependent on FL and how she is his only friend and he doesn’t want her to leave him alone. FL goes to her house which her father is there and is asking what she has been doing at school. It shows the ML there as well but it didn’t specify whether it was her imagination or if it was real. Waiting for the next chapter. There are more scenes between the two to come which I’m excited for it to be translated in English :)
