I, truly, absolutely adore this story. The ending made my chest tight, and I couldn't keep myself from crying. The relationship of Lilliane, Aiden, Luca, Joshua - and Carlisle's relationship with Lilliane. Every piece of this story made me fall in love with these characters at different points. In the beginning, I was so set on Carlisle or Aidan. And my heart broke - BROKE multiple times in this story when it shifted to Joshua. I feel like I watched children I hold dear grow up - I know this sounds so sappy, but I truly grew so attached to each of them. I am so glad she chose Joshua in the end though, because, at the end of it all, he truly was the only one who acted with Lilliane's true wishes in mind. He never pressured her, never pushed his feeling on her - although jealous at times, he trusted her and gave her space. He put himself behind her- his wishes behind her, just like Cedric did (and I was so happy when Julianne and him tied the know for the same reason). It was sad to see Aidan start off as that, and then become more calculating in the end - though he is right that if he had been able to stay I think they would have been end game. Carlisle, oh my goodness, I have always appreciated his maturity and his honesty with Lilliane. I never once questioned him - I really love his character a lot. As much as it pains me that Carlisle and Aidan were hurt, and I am like actually devastated - I cried at Joshua and Lilliane's wedding not just because its a wedding, I bawled because of Carlisle butterflies and Aidan holding the pink flowers and I'm crying as I am typing it out - Lilliane truly made the right choice. This really has become one of my personal favorite stories. I truly hope that some side stories will come out because, more than anything, I want to see Carlisle and Aidan happy.
I swear if we have a whole miscommunication arc because Alfonso thinks Ari moved on from him I'm gonna LOSE IT! With her stupid sister stealing all those letters, I dont know if it will help or hurt her with Alfonso - I also honestly don't know why that knight hates Ari so much. I GUESS she caused a lot of waves, but it's not Ari's fault- it's literally all the royal and aristocrat BS that caused him to be tortured. I am PEEVED he threw her letter in the fire- and couldn't Rafael just also put in his letter with the certificate that the money was from ARI/his mom and not the Holy See???? AHHHHHHHH.

I found this manhwa to be really charming, lighthearted, and an easy story to read. I really enjoyed the tea component and actually learned quite a bit! Is this anything groundbreaking? No. Is there suspense and drama? No. Have I read better and more thrilling stories? Yes. But, it was a nice and calm read, with a complete story and beautiful art - of which the improvement in the art over time was gradual and still felt true to the story. I won't give this a 5 stars simply because I have read better, but this is a very solid cheerful story that was a very nice break from the drama of many others. I also felt very satisfied in not only getting to see their daughter, but even a little glimpse into her future. In the past, I have felt that little piece is missing from the extra side stories - but this manhwa truly felt like a good and satisfying end. Definitely would recommend for a good warm feeling read. 4/5!
