So not to spoil too much for those who haven't read chapter 79 but Konno's coworker, Nakata, basically said Konno can legally marry Shinji because they're cousins. I searched it up to see if thats true in Japan and it is under the Civil code or whatever. I think its legal in the US aswell but its still fucking wierd that you can have that kind of relationship with your cousin. With that the Author kinda hints at the story leaning toward that kind of relationship developing between Konno and Shinji . I really hope the Author doesn't go that route and keeps the interesting family dynamic that Konno and Shinji have. The Author has made them like that in the H*ntai version of the story so I dont have high hopes for the broher and sister dynamic lasting.
