crying & sobbing… i can’t believe it’s over. i haven’t caught up nor properly read manhwa in Forever, but i always found myself returning to unsleep. every tuesday was a source of joy for me T_T i kept consistently reading for Many reasons. both seunghyeon and chaejun were written with so much nuance, esp with the way they both approached conflict T_T i think it accurately depicts the complexities of human emotions / relationships — how trauma is a recurring cycle that resurfaces because of certain triggers. ultimately, unhealed trauma can lead to conflict in developing and/or existing relationships in any capacity and it’s Crucial to work through them alongside the person you love if you want to be with them for a long time. i think season 2 gave all characters a lot of development and it was Suuuuuchhhh a refreshing and special read.

this last chapter was so beautiful T_T i was reading it with the biggest smile on my face. author-nim took their fucking timeeeee with this manhwa and seunghyeon and chaejun never looked better in the final chapter like they’re gorgeous af :’) so happy the ending didn’t feel rushed and we got the proper closure we needed. going to enter fujoshi retirement era now until the alleged side stories drop… unsleep forever <3

gosh…… the ending is emotionally realistic :( they both acknowledge that there’s still so much uncertainty and ambiguity ahead, yet just by simply having each other, they find the strength to keep going despite it all. i think that’s so beautiful… although they both remain imperfect, that’s what makes their relationship real and so human. they’re working thru overcoming their trauma alongside each other, preserving thru it all while figuring out the next steps they’ll take T_T this manhwa forever has a special place in my heart…
my seoan and woowon i can’t wait to see more in the side stories ♡

gosh, this entire manhwa is sooooo so so much more than porn (although, even that itself is fcking good bruh). the real & accurate depictions of hardship and conflict within both familial and romantic relationships is what separates this manhwa from the others i’ve read T_T like this manhwa portrays exactly what it’s like to grow up under stressful circumstances and how those moments in our upbringing, essentially, shape how we navigate our adulthood… and all the characters unlearn healthy habits tgt Through their relationships with themselves and others T___T agh i love unsleep so much
