It doesn’t seem like a very well thought out plot as it is missing some important factors like where did her sister disappear to and her pants kind of just appearing just to disappear as well.
In terms of story, I’d say it’s decent as it’s about a girl who wasn’t cared for and did not ask for much, only wanting to receive love in return from whom she admired for a long time.
The CEO seems to just have trusting issues with women who just want to be with him due to power.
Although it does touch sensitive topics like rape and it seems too much that he ‘redeemed’ himself at the end but hey, people are crazy. especially for love. People don’t realize what they have until it’s gone.
The inconsistent art style was a bit confusing but I can understand if there was a change of artist due to personal reasons.
I don’t exactly hate this as there were some touching moments along with ones that tugs on heart strings but as mentioned previously, I feel like it could’ve been more well thought out.
I thought the way how this went was rather interesting, despite the author touching a topic that isn’t really favored by most. In all honesty, I think for the main characters, Eli and Shea, there has been character development but just very slowly. Them not interacting that much in the beginning goes to show how their worlds are just very different until they technically became equal (When Eli lost everything). I feel bad for Shea if this charity work she does is just her coping with her sadness of losing her brother. I don’t blame her if she starts doing those things just because her brother didn’t get his “last wish” to be fulfilled.
I think the whole purpose of seeing rape among younger women and older men almost just mocks those who seek fame and wealth, especially towards women and having to rely on men. The so called only way for them to do so is through prostitution (Not saying that this is very common. I’m just speculating why this may be the case). I think those other girls are just characters that make Shea stand out more since she’s doing all of that not for fame or wealth. She complies without expecting anything in return. It wasn’t until that turning point in ch 43 where she wants to go against those she has been working with.
I’m not saying I enjoy watching the rape, i also find it rather disturbing yet interesting. Not saying people should also see it the way I do as well. I’m just saying that this isn’t simply for just anyone. (・Д・)
I honestly don’t blame her for falling for anything- Although we already know Allen’s attention for Tia, she doesn’t know that and with the prince, she has loved him in the past so if she falls for him again, despite remembering what he has put her through, then that’s just how it is. One can’t simply move on from the person that they devoted their life too. I’m just saying. It’s annoying how Tia basically reverted back to a child and lost all maturity of an adult but just still seeing her grow up and preventing the mistakes she made before is still pretty good development.

This seems like that other novel, Solo Leveling, but with a different approach. I’m already really interested in it! Can’t wait to read more!!
I thought it was done by the same author but it doesnt seem that way. Agree and wants more
