Yeah, there is rape, but that’s what many of us kinky women enjoy in FANTASY setting. At my ripe age of 35 I can distinguish fiction from reality and can understand that even if it’s part of the story it doesn’t mean it’s endorsing it in real life.

Now why I think the author is a woman: clit. Goddamn, not only they remembered there is something like this, but the rest of the anatomy is strangely correct - like the reproductive organs being snuggled inside, and not like on anatomical diagrams where it is all far away from each other (which is ok, it’s to show better every part).

Also plot is really good, and I root for the poor monsters to regain their humanity again!

English is not my first language so sorry for any mistakes….

At first I thought the author was a man but as I kept reading more my view changed.
Also I don‘t think a man would have drawn the monsters that handsome and pretty, literally everyone is good looking (except for some minor characters like the grandma priestess)

Women love to say that it’s “okay” to have rape kink when it comes to fantasy, but rlly when in reality it’s just another way to COPE for how the real world treats them. Since more women are likely to have this “fantasy” men love to use this as a weapon to tell any other women who were sexually assaulted that they “loved” it. I feel so fucking sorry to anyone who thinks this is normal, yall need to deconstruct this misogynistic shit. Yall can bash me but just know that this is the harsh truth women faced from social conditioning.

While i'm not into rape both irl and in fiction, i personally dun mind it in fictional works, cuz as you said differentiating between fiction and reality is a thing, and most important when it comes to reading fictional works.

For example, i like yanderes a lot (in fiction only, obv), and find characters who are either red flags or black flags most interesting. Does that mean i'd like people like that on a irl perspective? Hell nah, i cannot stand toxic ppl when it comes to irl nor do i like toxic situations irl. I can tolerate them in fiction tho, cuz it ain't real.

Just cuz someone may like something in fiction, does not mean they condone that stuff irl. It's sad that some people cannot comprehent this being a thing.

It's ok to have rape kink in fantasy, so long people don't dwell on it in a irl perspective. That's the whole point of differentiating between reality and fiction. It's called fantasy for a reason. It's just something a person fantazise about, it doesn't necessarily mean: "i want this happening to me for real."

What's not ok is to rape actual real people. What shouldn't happen is for real people getting raped.

Cuz the main factor is, there is no harm in fiction, irl is where real people are at and real people can get hurt. Fictional characters are fictional, they ain't real.

If a person isn't in a mentally right place, they shouldn't consume that kind of fictional work either. Still doing so is on them tho, cuz the choice not to consume it exists.

Just because people may like something on a fictional perspective, does not mean they condone it on a irl perspective.

Also thought author was a woman, but I knew it from the beginning. Not all, but the way that men draw these smutty things.. just only catered to the guys.

The art its self, was so tea that no way a man could be this detailed. Both men and woman look amazing and carefully drawn out. Literally like the first panel was like jaw dropping.

The sex, typically, they don’t draw pussy eating; and if they do, it’s not good.

Men will never do 2Mx1W. It will always be 1Mx2W.

Not dogging on the men artists, but women just do it better.

You are confusing the lens im arguing from.. It’s not just morality. It’s mainly abt misogyny. Patriarchy affects a lot on how ppl perceive their sexual desires. Rape kinks are influenced by cultural trope such as males being the dominant ones and women being the submissive one. The real question here is, why does it become more sexually desireful when resistance is involved in this dynamic? That’s where the brainwashing of patriarchy is worth analysing. Since the topic on morality of rape fantasies is still debated, this can still link to how problematic it is to find it enticing btw..

Eeeh not necessarily. Women ain't the only ones who get raped. There are women who rape guys as well, so it's not necessarily a misogyny type of thing.

The thing about fantazies is the idea of exploring something one doesn't necessarily want irl.

For example, i definitely find tentacles in fiction sexy, i like the idea of bondage and stuff, not for some type of misogynistic perspective though, but cuz i have masochistic tendencies, plus i view bondage as art.

I personally cannot speak for why people find resistance sexually desireful, since rape isn't one of my own fantazies or kinks. And those who don't find it desireful won't be able to understand why that is, since they simply dun desire it. The thing is that some ppl simply do, but it doesn't have to be anything misogynistic. A woman could very well fantazise of getting raped by another woman, and the same goes for guys on guys.

Yeah and thinking about it from an artistic level, is just such an overused, unimaginative and derivative way to start conflict or move the plot forward, like from all the things that could happen to someone, rape is usually in some way in the mix on the hero's journey of fantasy women, and the best part is that whatever happens, and then it's like nothing happened, no consequences or acknowledgment. And u can see this in yaoi too, which is done to men, but coincidentally, it's also content that many women consume. Sadly, everyone, but especially women, are groomed to be desensitized to this type of violence.
