I never said the uke could save his friend? Plus he doesn’t know that he’s a target right now. All I said was that I wasn’t sure how the uke could enjoy the performance when he saw his friend drugged and sick.
Well to be honest he really wanted to perform and showcase his talent for so long, and also he did really want to go with the pink guy but the ML reassured him that he instead will go to the pink guy. That's a great call since he's the target + it could lead to dangerous situation where the ML wouldn't be able to save him.

I loved the first volume so much but I’ll be honest I hated the second one. True, no cheating occurred but being so worried for someone and even going as far as consoling them in their house leaves a bad taste on my tongue. I was also looking forward to seeing more cute moments but this was just filled with the new guy instead of the couple. Feel free to disagree with me, that’s just my own opinion
