Yeah same, Inori was 17 and he was 25 before the timeskip so it made it feel extra icky. I've read so many good romance mangas were a side couple is kinda weird and it's equally dissapointing every time

She's so annoying and quite honestly fake. She's such a pick me girl disguised as a good person. She keeps emphasising the fact that she knew hino a long time ago and keeps bringing up her own assumptions. And I'm annoyed at the fact that hino had to chase her to go back? Like she made her own assumptions he tells her he's not the same as he was before and she runs away? Tell me why hino had to bring her back? This pisses me off because her character acts like she's different from his fangirls but ultimately she's one too just that she feels like she got closer since she was the club manager. I hope someone shuts her up she has way too many dialogue

I read the novel a while back but I think this is progressing differently from the novel..
Iseop's mom actually walks in on them cuddling(?) and iseop is asleep and only mingyeong locks eyes with his mom. That was the turning point when mingyeong decided to leave.
Take this with a grain of salt because I did read the novel a long time ago hehe

You're welcome!! I think that was a real turning point because of how iseop loves his mom and mingyeong knowing this and at the same time how the mom feels about her own marriage
I hope this continues to have some differences from the novel, ive heard that to the end he continues to test her boundaries with only his own whims without much character development
I didn't think that at all while reading it though? That is to say I was never a hater of Iseop because he is essentially that way because of his situation. He suffers a lot in the novel similar to the manhwa when mingyeong left and yearned for her. He didn't deserve mingyeong leaving that way but I also agree that mingyeong had no other choice. He does go after her after some time and gets her back. All in all I dont remember him being a bad guy who does whatever he wants
