I read the last chapter of s2 for a recap, it ended right after the Omega had the mark removal surgery. Before that the Alpha's dad scared the Omega and so he came to his senses and decided to leave. The kid is always sleeping because of the medicine he takes, we know that since S1 :3 but yeah it is kinda confusing
