Xiao Xiao face when he sees Han JuRan smiling so easily with his friend. He seems a bit hurt.
I disagree that this story lacks development for them. Every chapter shows how much they are aware of each other even though they themselves can't figure out why. JuRan is so jealous of the other guy that he can't hardly hide it. Xiao Xiao thinks he doesn't like Juna but can't help but notice every detail about Juna, like when he almost bought a gift for him even though he was not supposed to care.... now he is clearly bothered that Juna shows a happier side to other guy. I think the plot will develop like this, with small moments of caring in between all the bickering. I'm not sure the role of the drummer, if he is really a love triangle but despite Xiao Xiao enjoying the attention, it doesn't seem like he has any romantic or attraction towards him.
This story has become my happy place. It's so heartwarming and relaxing, I think the watercolor art helps the relaxing part, lol.
I like how the author tells their story indirectly making subtle comparisons in the chapters ... the season changes in the previous chapter and how Guan Shan came into Ji Ye's life unscripted . Now is gramma telling Ji Ye about how he feels like family, talking about Guan Shan's parents and drawing parallels between Ji Ye and her grandson.
Too bad the chapters are so short but at least it's a weekly update...
This story looks promising. The drawing is beautiful and stories that start with established couple are not common. Usually we get to see how two lovers meet and fall in love but never get stories about ... and what happens after they finally made it and life gets in the way.
I'm looking forward to see how the story develops, I see that this couple is dealing not only with the expected weight of routine and how daily living together can wean off passion but also all and any issues that comes with age gap. It's not only how they deal with it but also people around them that seem to be against it. It seems there are a lot of strain and obstacles they need to fight to stay together.
I don't know if this will be a story of how to people fall out of love or how they managed to stay in love but I'm already rooting for them.
Same. It sounds a very mature story and subject, more like a dose of realistic relationship that goes through phases and endures.
