The start of this is total garbage, it's so wrong on so many levels. The MC is shitty, what to bully others but he can't but still looking for ways to do so. It's like he is getting cringey karma for everything he did to others in the past, but still doesn't repent - but the author too! To write something like this (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ must has some loose screws themselves!
Aroind after the school trip it seems some tryed to screw in the loose part in the author's head, because it started to change for something logical with character development, and now that it started to be readable, even enjoyable! some stopped with the translation and restarted the whole thing ╥﹏╥

He is sick and my theory's here why:
Even though he kinda accepted his situation logically but maybe unconsciously its like depression (sleeping too much, low appetite), he given up hope, lying to himself its okay. His situation sure seems comfortable but there is that: he can't choose, he is forced to stay in the end of it all, doesn't matter how he tries to accept it and this could be the reason why his body reacting like this. His body unconsciously shows, what he tries to ignore to save his sanity. "I am forced to this lifestyle" doesn't sound that good right?
I bet you also wouldn't enjoy it in the long run, even if you say you would also like lazy couch potato lifestyle - but not when you are forced to do it. Also sexy time as a woman with a man who kidnapped you wouldn't be anything else as coercion at best, darling... Yes I know I pulled you back to reality, so mean of me! ╮(￣▽￣)╭
