It's been a thing since like the 20th century??? and I don't see it as a sex thing 100% of the time it shows how the person views the dynamic if that makes sense?? Like Sasunaru means sasuke tops and is more of a yearner and narusasu means Naruto tops and is more of a yearner. The same thing applies to other ships too reply
