It's a manga where a dude deeply regrets not being able to confess to their pass friend who they have a feeling for. They used to play together playing football/soccer? And then the dude dies? And turns back time and gets to resolve his feeling with the dude. Then he gets send back to the present with injuries and ends up being with the one he loves. Emphasis on the manga part.
