I don't remember it clearly, but they meet each other often, they have sex more 2-3 times. After that, Alex finds out his father has started a new family in Korea, and realises that he has been abandoned and feels alone. He feels very depressed after this :( my poor baby .
Then soon, he confesses his love to Nate and wanted to clear up the misunderstanding but ofcourse, nate rejects him and says they can stay friends at most. After this he feels even more heartbroken :(
After this, during alex's course of work, he gets severely injured while trying to catch a criminal. Meanwhile, Nathan also finds out all of it was a misunderstanding from their old classmates. Nathan rushes to find Alex and finds him injured. He starts panicking and calls for ambulance. Alex gets admitted in the hospital.
After alex wakes up, they talk w each other and clear up everything. And they finally start dating :) they have some more spicy scenes after they start dating hehe.
Also, Nathan had never moved on from Alex either.

This story is like the title itself. How Wonjae's need became obsession and eventually realisation that he loves Cheongwoo. For those who've read the novel like me they would agree that this is not a beautiful love story. It's kinda like how it is when an evil person or a villain will love someone and how he got his happy ending.
