i went in this totally expecting a bl cuz i saw it in a bl netkama list and i only read the tags halfway through and im so greatful that i didnt, also definitely greatful that its not actually a bl, cuz its SOOO WELL WRITTEN . im satisfied enough with mcs sister YURI WORLD DOMINATIONNNNNNNNNN I LOVE YURIIIII.
i love goodly executed woke stories, inclusivity is so important and soo appreciated when its portrayed so well. and the author portrayed general queerness and the issues that comes with being so in a very conservative and prudent country, so well its absolutely beautiful. especially in todays political climate , its important to dont let differences divide us and firstly, just love and accept ourselfs then everyone around us so nothing will stop us from freely express ourselfs.

nah i hate ot when its obviously noncon but then just bcz later in the story mc realizes he likes ml its just completely forgotten, i mean they could have expressed his obsession in soo manyy other different ways that arent like literally rape, like why does the ml sexually assault or rape the mc like literally their every interaction its actually hilarious, also i wanted to know how ml was before he went coocoo, and like the story from his perspective but i mean i guess they only wanted to make a nice bdsm bl, i mean its obv a feitsh thing esp vol1
I've been putting off finishing this comic for a while, even in the period when it was extreeemly popular and im so glad i got to reading it completely , such a great story. the author soo obviously loves their characters and is probably hugely talented on character writting cuz they didnt seem flat at all, and honestly definitely try to back away from the most common bl story trophes and instead try to improve upon them with actual backstories and reasons backing up their behavior not just simple character traits.
highkey felt butterflies in my stomach with the yandere cirrus scenes and its been a while since i felt that hrbbdhnd.
and lol im also 1000000% imagining how annoying cirrus was as a child, like, ive met kids that behave exactly like that, and its so realistic, no wonder that many children who behave like that usually have problems at home. i understand how hard it would be for cirruses father to deal with his wifes death and, very very obviously a problematic child, and the scenes were i saw him trying to make him happy literally make me so sad, like..
i cant imagine how hard it is, but like, when you obviously notice that the child heard you in your very aggravated state when you usually probably dont mean what you say, you instead of trying to fix that, completely doubled down on it, and gave up on him in every single way possible, cause, im assuming he felt releaved he heard that, he wanted his son to hear that so he would stop bothering him, a father who actually cared about his son and said an overexxagirated statement in a state of a very justifiable breakdown, wouldnt treat his child like that without the ounce of guilt after what happened, so it automatically
everything he said back then his true feelings i would say that every father still cares a little about their sons and that includes him, but its obvious he does not. even if in the start he "tries" to play a role of a kind father in reality, he wants to see his son miserable, and doesn't care about him enough to care if he isnt. i have zero empathy for him.he completely abandoned him and i feel like they potrayed it so well, its so hurtful that not even in the end he feels an ounce of guilt. he still sees cirrus as an absolute evil entity and a demon that doesnt deserve anyone backing him up, and honestly, really thinking stuff like that about YOUR OWN SON, whos only crime was GRIEFING ABOUT HIS LITERALLY MOTHERS DEATH and THROWING TANTRUMS, and that was ENOUGH to COMPLETELY disassociate yourself with being his father is disgusting, and very very painful
im also pretty curious about what happened that old skylers bff that he had a crush on, like.. ngl it was really the best decision to not really include him anymore, and his role as a backstory is sufficient enough, and their whole arc was already finished, i probably would have thought it was cheap and generic if they suddenly brought him back but idk.. i was half expecting him to show up in the last chapters and, maybe see him interact with cirrus(hfheh) and basically aknowlaging skylers and cirruses relationship, and maybe show him regretting how he treated his confession, maybe parting ways on a positive note. (lowkey if they did shit like that it would be corny but i think im just fanfictioning this things purely in fanservice reasons)
also im pretty confused about orange hairs behavior, hes lowkey such a generic dude, idk if i like him or not........ like dude got literally no trauma, has a beautiful gf he's constantly cute with, is super kind not because out of selfish intentions( even if may be out of pity in the first place) , completely misunderstood out of his insane selfeshness, isnt completely a wimp and gets angry when hes forced to. man.. hes whole cirrus thing creeped me out so much, like.. damn, he was insanely intimidating like not even in a cool way i felt terrefied. like dang you drove that absolute angel to its LIMITS, like HOW??? its also funny that the author sometimes tries to hint us about his like evil side and shit and it usually turns out total bullcrap but its so silly. like man....... i still dont trust dat man....
