Although I only read the vietnamese version and I don't fully understand, but I think Kyung Joon went to report what he saw. The question is why, because he thinks Jaeshin seduced Lee Nok, or maybe because Lee Nok lied to him about them being related.
It's bc he is disgusted Nok's gay. Or rather he finds him filthy, and plan to get rid of him. I'm guessing he wants to joind the queen now in order to depose Nok and name her son as the rightfull crown prince.

The story of the novel was good, but the relationship between the two of them can't even be called love in the end for me. Even if the novel was traumatizing, I'm really looking forward to reading it in manhwa form, especially this part because it was SO HOT!!!
