It's called Cauliflower ears which is very common among the boxers, wrestlers etc It happens due to repeated trauma caused on their ears. It's a great detail since jjk is a mmc player.

I don't know why ya'll got your panties twisted...... I saw this coming from miles away. Aaron was always possessive. It was just Yujin hadn't yet given him any reason to go psycho. Oh and then he did. It's not like the author did something totally unexpected, Aaron had more than a few screws loose from the beginning.
