Hi ! _ ( I don't know why .) You can try to make a reset of your account, with basic reboot : log off and log in. Sometimes it is enought to '' repare '' when something doesn't work anymore ! This can be helpful with just any electronic appliances btw.

Actually the website notifies me for both !! _ that's why I find this website very attractive. _ I put the series that are still ongoing in the '' Already read '' as soon as I have read the last episode available . ( and use the '' Reading '' section for the webtoons that I AM still reading.) This works really well !! :-)

yeah, this website is literally perfect, but i had no idea that’s how it works. i have so many in my “already read” that arent finished and i’ve literally never gotten a notif for them whaaaaattt

I don't know but maybe you have too many titles in your '' already read '' section ?? I have maximum 50 titles there and it works like a charm. As soon as I have read the last chapter of one title, (I am talking about the comics that are 100% completed), I erase it from that list. (and I file the title in one of my personnal lists if I want to) It might be too much to ask for to the system, to scan hundreds of titles everyday to check for updates :-D ??

I also have created a personnal list that I am using to drop ongoing stories that I do not wish to follow week by week (I find that nerve racking with all the cliffhangers lol to wait one week only to see another cliffhanger etc etc) So I give them a rest and forget about them for a few weeks _ then put them in my '' Reading '' and '' already read '' once again ! It works like a charm
There is one inconvenience when using the '' already read '' section the way i do : my rating of the title disappears from the public section ( under the title itself ) personnally I don't mind about that at all.
When you are adding the manga to your reading or already read list, there is a '□ Subscribe this manga' section right under the ratings section. You need to click on the box and it would become a tick. Then, you would be able to receive notifications.

Ok so this is about a new account. You have only one comic title in the '' Reading '' section, and this comic hasn't been updated since the 28th of August. So that's totally normal that you haven't been notified of any new update :-p _ does this answer to your question ?
Some comics are uploaded weekly, others are uploaded every 10 days or every months, or more irregularly , it totally depends on the uploaders. You can see the list of last uploads (the dates = when they were uploaded) when you open =go on the page of the comic title.
We all make reading lists with already completed stories , that's the way to go if you want to read everyday! This is so as not to be dependent on comics that are not yet completed. Otherwise it IS quite nerve racking to wait without knowing when the next episode is coming. ! _ you need to explore the website and look into Reading lists and recommandation lists of other readers to find more stories to read.
If you look on my wall, you will access to my lists (click on '' lists '' to see the 33 lists I have made. Then once you are on the page of my 33 reading lists, if you click '' followed '' you get to see the 150+ lists of other readers , that I have followed. This is how you can find good stories to read on this website ! :-) _ ( we also fish for titles with the search engine )
