I find it odd that he's/she's not having any body dysmorphia, just started living as a girl, it's kind of not believable and would've probably been nicer if she was trans in her past life and was reborn into her correct gender

Considering the accurate title, I think she's trans and likely didn't transition in her original world due to societal pressures. There's a lot of people who have body dysphoria but plan not to transition irl. Me being one of them.
